---Has either the money or the influence to get adults to help him follow a car he tracked down by cellphone signals so that he could hack into the computer on their car.
---Is refusing to turn in info about Sensai's illegal activities to the cops because he wants to do the investigation himself.
---IS DOING ALL THIS BECAUSE HE'S BORED. AND FINDS THE WORLD BORING.
---What's all this "Is there anything else you want?" business?!
---ALL OF THIS IS CANON, AAAH I'M SO HAPPY

So basically, if he's not some bored genius rich kid, he's some bored genius yakuza kid.

I wanted the special edition of volume 9 because it has Kon as a cook on the cover but I think it had to be pre-ordered from a form in the Zero-sum magazine or something. Aaaah, hopefully that pic will be out in an artbook someday.
