Basically he's using his unwritten page powers to change people's clothes. Is this some sort of cosplay fetish, Toki? I mean, that definitely says 'kaawaii' in the second panel... I'm also going to just take this as a sign that Kon really does need reading glasses. Takayama draws him with glasses a lot for a guy who never wears them in the actual story.

These were covered a while ago on one of the radio shows, but here it is in writing.
Kon: Born July 19th, 176cm tall, 68kg heavy
Toki: Born March 27th, 168cm tall, 58kg heavy
Kuchiha: Born November 7th, 163cm tall, 51kg heavy
Bonten: Born ???, 175cm tall, 59kg heavy
Heihachi: Born June 5th, 155cm tall, 54kg heavy (...are the second two Tsuyu's stats?)
Tsuyukusa: Born ???, 164cm tall, ?? heavy (Seriously, maybe Tsuyu just stole Heihachi's height stat...)

Sob, this is in the same booklet where Kon is all "*sparkle sparkle* Once you get used to it, translating books is a lot of fun," while Toki is all orz orz I'm terrible at these kinds of subjects I've never done this before. He apparently makes good money at it too. KON. YOU'RE SO... I love him so much you guys. He's terrible.
